Availability

A domain name gives you an identity within the internet. It is typically used for your email and web address. We include a .uk domain in our ADSL packages free of charge including associated DNS, web space and email. If you have additional domains that you require or do not have ADSL from us, then you can select domain related services as shown below.
The domain services we provide are broken down in to 4 parts, and typically people will buy all 4 parts as a package. However we can accommodate you if you need to mix and match the various parts. The charges apply to each domain and for the period we are providing the service (irrespective of the periods covered by the internet registries). These services can be billed monthly, four weekly, lunar monthly, or quarterly or annually. Less than quarterly normally only applies where you have lots of domains or other regular billed services such as broadband.

It covers the registry fee as well as our time providing any management and support. This price covers normal uk/net/com/org and info domains - others may be more expensive. eu domains are £2.00/mon. ac.uk/gov.uk domains are £5.00/mon. |
| Primary DNS | £1.00/mon | This covers the provision of the domain name service for your domain, including web based DNS editing with live syntax checking. Note that secondary DNS services are included when we provide primary DNS services and for all of our ADSL customers for any domain. |
| Email handling | £1.00/mon | This includes either secondary MX (i.e. backup) mail relay, and/or pop3 mail boxes (unlimited email addresses under the domain or sub domains). Email can be sorted on our mail servers, and we allow up to 1GB per domain. Extra usage over 1GB is charged at £1.00/mon per month for each extra GB or part. |
| Web space | £1.00/mon | This includes our web hosting service allowing static pages, perl scripts, password protected areas, usage stats, and handling multiple subdomains. We allow up to 1GB per domain. Extra usage over 1GB is charged at £1.00/mon per month for each extra GB or part. |
